Palms of Wailea 201

We had a wonderful stay in Wailea! The property has so many nice touches throughout that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with just about anything you could need, and there’s a closet full of beach supplies, which was a great bonus. There were also plenty of linens, and the free parking was super convenient.The ceiling fans in both the living room and master bedroom were helpful, and the A/C in the master bedroom works very well. One thing to note is that the living room can get quite hot and muggy without air conditioning. It was unusually hot during our stay, so this was especially noticeable. Fortunately, we didn’t have any guests staying in the living area, so it wasn’t a major issue for us.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the property. It’s a well-equipped and comfortable place in a beautiful area of Wailea!

This is a great rental. Check-in is super easy, and when we ran into a small issue with the slider curtain, the owner was quick to respond and the issue was fixed in less than a day. Location was amazing. Super close to several top tier beaches. Great shopping close by and there are tons of amazing restaurants with a 10 minute drive. The pics don’t do justice to how large the main living room is. The entire condo complex is a tropical oasis and the pool area was deemed very popular by my family.Keep in mind that the property only has AC in the main bedroom. It can get a little hot and sticky in the rest of the unit if there isn’t a good breeze going. It wasn’t a huge deal for my family, but it is something I could see someone considering when choosing a rental. All in all, this property easily earns a 5 star rating.

An amazing stay! Exactly as described. Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. We loved having access to beach chairs.

Great condo!

This condo is the perfect place to stay on Maui - an easy walk to Wailea resorts, the Shops at Wailea and Wailea Village, and Keawakapu Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, with a large 1st floor lanai perfect for lounging and dining. The owners are easy to communicate with and very responsive. And they had a Hawaiian cookbook in the kitchen that we used to make an awesome salad one evening!
